So I haven't been this excited for a new artist in quite some time...and I haven't been this excited for a project release since Kendrick Lamar's "Good Kid, m.A.A.d City". Truth be told I really would like to comment more on this body of work but truthfully this is a project that has to speak for itself. I also would like to mention a few standout tracks, but every song fits so well together that it's hard to start with one without starting with the previous song...eventually commanding that you start the listening experience at the first (AMAZING) track entitled Good Ass Intro (I'm Good). Without further ado I present to you your new favorite mixtape.

NEW MUSIC - Jeff Blair: Three New Instrumetals
Ok, so I'm back with more beats of my own to share with you. Three very different pieces that I've had locked away in the vaults for quite sometime...that is, of course, until I decided to let them see the light of day.
Bleu Muse' - A lighter track with a gospel feel, with organs and horns leading the sound.
Lo' - A darker, R&B styled track with a slower tempo and a more ambient feel.
Double O-blivion - The wildcard. This is some secret agent-inspired music, and would be great for a a lot of films.

MIXTAPE: Big K.R.I.T - K.R.I.T (King Remembered In Time)
So it's been a little bit and I can say that I've fallen behind quite a bit with the whole new posting thing, but I am pretty pumped to share this little gem with everyone. Big K.R.I.T is a rapper/producer from Mississippi and this is his yet another classic release. Coming off the release of a VERY dope full length album (worth every penny), K.R.I.T delivers a 17-track masterpiece that could very much be sold in stores. On this tape we see REM, a video that was released a short while ago, and other standout tracks include Meditate, My Trunk (classic banger), Shine On ft. Bun -B, Life is a Gamble ft. BJ the Chicago Kid, a track that was produced by 9th Wonder, the only other producer to make an appearance on the tape besides K.R.I.T himself. I have had this on repeat since it dropped and I can guess you will too. Enjoy.

New (Old) Music - Kendrick Lamar - Track 1 (Hova Intro Freestyle)
OK so for the first ever music post I figured I'd start you off with my favorite artist at the moment, Kendrick Lamar. This song, released today, is actually a cut from an older mixtape entitled "Hub City Threat, Minor of the Year" which Kendrick had done at age 16, back when he went by the name "K.Dot" I like this song a lot, and you can see that even ten years ago, Kendrick was an amazing talent, and probably could've blown up even back then. This just goes to show also for any other up-and-comers that years of hard work and dedication do, in fact, pay off. Keep Grinding and enjoy!

Festival Announcement: Camp Bisco Lineup
Ok, Ok, so I won't hold you up from feasting your eyes on the lineup of the summers biggest and possibly one of the longest running festivals. Just a warning: you should probably sit down, because if you have any kind of similar taste in music as I do (which is probably why your here) you might need a change of pants after seeing it...from what is your call...just don't blow it.

Jeff Blair - Words
Hey guys so as my first non-welcome post, I figured I would re-post my old mixtape from a year ago. Last February 14th marked the first ever full project that I have ever released, containing a number of songs from the previous years until then. This was also before I had started producing my own actual music, so you might even recognize a few of the beats on there. This is special for me because even now I can look back and say a year ago I was actually doing it, and I am still proud of this body of work. Downloads are still available, and feedback is also appreciated in the comments! New project is coming soon!
